Congressional Town Center is a township project consisting of 5 towers with a concept of mixed-use development. The latest images on our Tower 2 construction update shows we are at 86% completion! This exciting milestone means homeowners and business offices are one step closer to moving into their new homes.

The scheduled property turnovers in 2024 are still on track despite the limitation brought by the global pandemic. We have managed a smart and adaptable work arrangement as we balanced the safety of our staff and the need to prepare for the re-establishment of operations. What was vital, after securing the health and safety of our teams, was that the schedule of construction continued as planned at our project sites while adhering to rigorous health protocols and government regulations.
